We have over 10 buyers with over 200 years of combined seafood experience, who focus on nothing but Seafood. Our buyers travel the California coast, buying the freshest possible seafood directly off the boats of local fishermen, and down to Mexico where we buy the best of the catch directly from the boats (Panga’s) as they pull ashore there.

Since variety is the spice of life, our buyers search the globe for the best and the most unique species to offer to our thousands of customers nationwide. We buy a variety of frozen and fresh seafood from the Mediterranean right down to the South African coast. We buy fish daily from New Zealand, Australia, the Far East, and at the docks in Hawaii. Our customers like to have the freshest available products from around the world, and we oblige them with hundreds of Seafood choices from all over the country, and the world. Our facilities in Los Angeles , San Diego, Sacramento, Fresno, and Phoenix process the fish on arrival and deliver that day to our customers located in those regions. Our sales staff, consisting of over 30 highly trained professionals, are constantly updating our buyers of what items our customers are looking for, because if they want to try a new dish, we are going to find them the fish!.

In our Kansas Marine Division we purchase over 5000 different items that are used on the worlds greatest cruise lines to make the consumers vacation a memorable one with all the variety and quantities of food available. We deliver on our modern fleet of trucks directly to the docks on the East and West Coast to some of the largest ships in the world. Kansas marine is proud to be a supplier of the finest quality foods to the worlds greatest cruise lines, both here in the US and all over the world at the ports where these magnificent vessels sail to.

Our Los Angeles Fish co. purchases and provides the finest quality fish to Japanese restaurants through out the West Coast. We carry only the finest quality fish for the worlds best Sushi Restaurants , and we deliver it daily at the peak of quality and freshness. Our buyers procure product directly from Japan and from other sources to make sure your dining experience is truly a gourmet delight.

Our buying staff realizes the Bounties of the see are not unlimited, and we support sustainable fishing practices throughout our sourcing process. We closely monitor the directives of the Monterey Aquarium , MSC, and partner up with the Seafood for the Future initiative sponsored by the Aquarium of the Pacific, to make sure we respect the limits on what nature can provide us from the Sea.
